Dock Levelers

We offer a full line of dock levelers to fit any of your loading needs. We offer more economic mechanical style levelers up to fully automated hydraulic and air bag driven models to fit into any budget. We also offer Edge of Dock style levelers if a face mounted option is needed. These are available in manual and hydraulic versions as well.

Mechanical Pit Levelers:

Extension spring powered unit
Operator pulls ring to raise dockboard and walks the board down with their weight.
Economical and budget friendly

Hydraulic Pit Levelers:

(1) for main lifting of dockboard
(1) for lip out assembly

Fully Automated. Operator pushes wall button to operate. Dockboard raises and lips out and uses gravity to descend.
Very few moving parts results in little maintenance issues and less downtime.

Air Bag Pit Levelers:

Powered by low voltage air pump to inflate air bag
Fully Automated. Operator pushes wall button to operate. Dockboard raises and lips out and uses gravity to descend.
Quiet and energy efficient motor
Available in a centralized air compressor model for multiple dockboards in conjunction

Mechanical Edge of Dock Levelers:

Face mounted on side of building. Reduced costs from not having to cut/form pit for leveler. Does result in reduced working range of leveler compared to a full pit leveler (5” above and below dock height)
Economical version that is manually raised and lowered by operator

Hydraulic Edge of Dock Levelers:

Face mounted on side of building. Reduced costs from not having to cut/form pit for leveler. Does result in reduced working range of leveler compared to a full pit leveler (5” above and below dock height)
